Even though the root of a major problem was outlined in the previous posting, AND we are now aware that there is a difference between "SUCCESSIVE" and "CONSECUTIVE", AND even if the two words are interchangeable (which they are not), AND if there actually was a RESOLUTION (which there is not), to make a new by-law binding, all new BY-LAW RESOLUTIONS must be recorded.
